Where purchases happen
The Dr. Franks website at drfranks.com is a marketing and informational site. We do not process payments, manage subscriptions, or hold accounts on this Site.
All purchases, consultations, and medication orders are processed by the Hydreight Platform at book.drfranks.com, which is a separate service operated by Hydreight.
Cancellation, refund, and subscription requests
Because Dr. Franks does not directly process payments or hold accounts, all cancellation, refund, and subscription-management requests must be made through the Hydreight Platform. You can:
- Log in to your account at book.drfranks.com and use the cancellation or refund options available there; or
- Contact Hydreight’s support team through the Help Center linked inside the booking platform.
Hydreight’s own cancellation and refund terms apply to your purchase. Please review those terms when completing a transaction.
General inquiries
For questions about the Dr. Franks website itself (not platform support), email enquiries@drfranks.com. We are not able to process refunds or cancellations on Hydreight’s behalf.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refunds page from time to time. The current version always appears here with a revised “Effective Date.”
